Online Courses

  • Pre-Start Cancellations: If you cancel your enrollment in an online course before the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Specific refund deadlines and percentages vary based on the course.
  • No Refunds After Course Start: Once an online course has started, no refunds will be provided.

Offline Courses

  • Pre-Start Cancellations: If you withdraw from an offline course before the specified withdrawal deadline, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No Refunds After Course Start: No refunds will be issued for offline courses once the course has commenced.

Reasons for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances beyond those outlined above, such as:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical difficulties preventing you from accessing course materials, and our support team cannot resolve it.
  • Course Cancellation: If Future Hex cancels a course before its start date, you will receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at futurehexacademy@gmail.com with your request and the reason for the refund. Please include your name, course title, and order information.
  2. Review: We will review your request as promptly as possible and determine if you qualify for a refund based on the guidelines above.
  3. Processing: If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not align with this policy or are deemed unreasonable.
  • Any refunds granted will be subject to deduction of administrative or processing fees, if applicable.
