- No Refunds After Course Start: Once an online course has started, no refunds will be provided.
Offline Courses
- Pre-Start Cancellations: If you withdraw from an offline course before the specified withdrawal deadline, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No Refunds After Course Start: No refunds will be issued for offline courses once the course has commenced.
Reasons for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances beyond those outlined above, such as:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical difficulties preventing you from accessing course materials, and our support team cannot resolve it.
- Course Cancellation: If Future Hex cancels a course before its start date, you will receive a full refund.
How to Request a Refund:

- Review: We will review your request as promptly as possible and determine if you qualify for a refund based on the guidelines above.
- Processing: If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
